Our Church School program serves a vital need in our Congregation. Our children are welcomed to attend classes
at the age of 18 months - and are encouraged to attend until they graduate from high school. Our primary objective
is to share the tenets of our Serbian Orthodox faith with our children as they grow.
In their formative years, they are taught Bible stories and begin their lasting relationship with our Savior Jesus
Christ.
In their middle years, they are taught prayers and begin their lifelong commitments to the Sacraments of Confession
and Communion.
In their maturing years, they are challenged to embrace our Orthodox Faith in their daily lives.
Our children learn to pray together, grow in our Serbian Orthodox Faith together and attend Church services
together. Our field trips are designed to allow our children to explore Orthodoxy together.
As each child grows in his or her relationship with Jesus Christ, he and she are taught that our Church community
does activities together. We are truly united by Jesus Christ. Our goal is that today's children will be tomorrow's
Church leaders and will eventually be listed among the Saints in Heaven reunited with our Savior Jesus Christ.
